How long can I keep the box before grilling?
Keep it refrigerated! It stays fresh for 2 to 3 days before grilling.
Do I need to buy charcoal or lighter fluid?
Nope! The box is 100% self-contained. The grill comes with specially treated briquettes that light instantly.
How much food comes in a standard box?
Standard box: 6 skewers + sides (hummus, tabbouleh, garlic paste). Feeds 1-2 people. Larger group? Upgrade to max 10 skewers (feeds 3 people)!
How long does the disposable grill stay hot?
Around 45 minutes — a consistent cooking temperature, perfect for cooking your skewers!
Where can I use the grill safely?
The grill can be used outdoors OR indoors! It comes protected within a specialized carton box that prevents heat from transferring downward, so it's safe to set up on any surface. Note: if using indoors, ensure the area is well-ventilated with open windows or an active ventilation fan.
Are the meats spicy?
No, our meats are not spicy! We use rich, traditional Mediterranean seasonings, but without the heat.
How do I clean up afterward?
It's completely disposable! Just let the coals burn out and cool entirely, then toss the aluminum tray in the trash. No scrubbing required.
